Constitution Education Resource Kit
Queensland's Constitution Education Resource Kit contains a video
that uses a case-study approach to show why our State Constitution is
important, and how it affects our everyday lives. It shows how all Queensland
citizens have access to the processes of government, how they can have
input into our laws, and how laws are made.
The video briefly
tells the history of the Queensland Constitution, and explains how it
provides the legal foundation for our system of democratic government.
It also gives a concise explanation of how a government is formed and
how it works.

Citizen Jane, a contemporary and original theatre piece has been commissioned
by the Queensland Government, through the Queensland Arts Council, to
educate school children about key elements of the Constitution and recent
changes.
